Board of Directors

The affairs of the board is being directed by our Chairman, Mr. Gabriel Din. He hails from Plateau State. He had his early education in England. He attended Licence Victualler, Slough Buckinghamshire in England between 1965 and 1972. He attended Middlesex University for his BSc (Hons) in Economics and Liverpool University for his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Admin. in 1979. He did his NYSC at the Nigerian Air force Kaduna between 1980 and 1981.

He joined Jos Steel Rolling Company Jos as Senior Commercial Officer and left in 1984 for the private sector.

In addition to this, he is the Managing Director of Wallmak Nigeria Limited, a company that Specializes in Civil constructions, and commercial enterprises.

He is a Board Member of Federal Government Medical Centre, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

Mr. Tunde Onanuga is the Founder, Vice Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer and the Major shareholder in Country and City Insurance Brokers Ltd. He is a product of Ijebu-Ode Grammar School popularly known as JOGS FAMILY.

He studied at the Liverpool Polytechnic and the City of London Polytechnic London where he bagged his HND Business Studies in 1977 and the Associate Membership of the Chartered Insurance Institute of England (ACII).

He joined NICON Insurance in December 1979 where he also did his NYSC. He worked in Reinsurance and Fire Insurance Departments, where he rose to the level of Principal Manager in 1987. He resigned from NICON in May 1987 to be the Pioneer M.D of Citi Trust Insurance Brokers Ltd. In the same year he resigned August to incorporate Country and City Insurance Brokers Limited in 10th of September 1987.

Country and City became a major force and a blaze trailer in the Insurance Industry within a short period. He incorporated and became the Pioneer MD of Investment and Allied Assurance Company Limited from 1997 uptill 2004.

He has attended various insurance seminars and conferences on insurance both in England and America.

He is also a member of Ikoyi Club and the IBB Gulf Club Abuja. He became a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in December 2007.

Alhaji Samaila Galadima brings extensive business experience and strategic insight to the Board of Directors of Country and City Insurance Brokers Limited. His leadership and expertise contribute significantly to the company's continued growth and success in the Nigerian insurance industry.

Alhaji Engineer Mohammed Rufia is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in engineering and business leadership. He holds the prestigious national honor of Commander of the Order of the Niger (C.O.N), one of Nigeria's highest civilian honors.

His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in guiding the strategic direction of Country and City Insurance Brokers Limited, bringing decades of professional experience to the board.
